RULES of the xBIKE Pre-Ordering Program
Here are the rules: we are accepting pre-orders for
delivery of xBikes. This requires a $199 refundable
deposit and a $25 non-refundable processing fee. If for
whatever reason we are unable to, or elect not to, deliver the
xBike you ordered to you, after you pay the balance on its
price, we will refund the entire $199 deposit back to you, less
a restocking charge if you cancel the order, but will not refund
the processing fee. A big risk? We don't think so.
If your model costs $599 at time of delivery, you will owe us
$400 more in order to take delivery, plus shipping charges.
You are also responsible for payment of ALL SHIPPING CHARGES and
must use COMPAMERICA's SHIPPING METHODS. A 25% restocking
fee applies to the purchase price of the vehicle if you cancel
your order or return your xBike within the first 10 days after
receiving it. You must pay for the return shipping.
Each unit comes with a 60 day parts warranty, however parts can
be ordered through us and repairs can be made by your local
bicycle or motorcycle repair service business. A shop
manual is available on CD. This is a special offer, void
where prohibited by law. You must be at or over the age of 18 to
order / pre this product, 21 years of age or older in some
states. If you are under 18 or 21, please contact your
parents and ask them to order one. This offer is subject to the
general business laws of the State of New Jersey.
