This Monthly Payment Purchase Plan is offered by CSS Finance and it's participating banking institution (s) ("credit provider" [click for list of current credit providers]), to whom your application will be submitted.

You will be provided a Monthly Payment Purchase Plan Loan Agreement by the credit provider directly, if you are approved, or if you are not, the credit provider will provide you a disclosure of why you were declined and information on how to appeal their decision, or who to contact about certain information that may have been provided about you by a Credit Bureau or Credit Profiler..

By completing the Online Credit Application form below, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age, if you are a resident of Alabama and Nebraska you are at least 19 years of age and if you are a resident of Mississippi you agree that you are at least 21 years of age.

Minimum purchase amount on all Loan Agreement orders is $1000.00. Orders for less than this amount will not be shipped and will be null and void. Maximum loan limit on this Purchase Plan is $10,000 for first time buyers, $50,000 for all others. For higher credit lines, please contact our Financial Information Department. You will be advised of the decision by the credit provider directly.
