The Comp America American Tiger 950+ Series is a low cost notebook ideal for students and first time notebook computer users. The Tiger-950+ Series implementation of 100MHz bus speed enables it to fully take advantage of many state-of-the-art technologies native to AMD K6-2 processors. With this bus architecture, video, memory, and other sub systems, it will perform better due to faster throughput to the processor.  Expandability is no problem with PCMCIA and connectors for nearly any purpose including Video to TV.

Designed for a very low budget, Tiger-950+ Series provides the latest technology such as a large visibility 12.1" HPA High Resolution Color screen. Video is backed by AGP 3D Graphics Accelerator and advanced motion compensation at home with video and animations, in an easy to see form factor.

The Tiger-950+ Series provides easy and inexpensive upgrade-ability for hard drive up to 30 GB, memory up to 256 MB and a high speed 24X CD-ROM.

Connection with other devices is easy with the Tiger-950+ Series. It comes with many interface ports including a built-in 56K V.90 Data/Fax Modem, 2 Type II PC card slots, 2 USB ports, fast infrared port, port replicator, S-VHS TV-out, serial, parallel, PS/2, external monitor, line-in, microphone-in, and headphone-out jack.
