MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
(does not apply to warranty
replacement) as of May 6,
2007: Keyboards may be
returned in unopened box
for up to 30 days after
order at no charge, so long
as unused. If
opened/used, are
non-returnable. Freight is
customer responsibility.
Returns must be insured
against loss or damage.
Returns of open box items
(reasonably unused and
entirely undamaged) within
30 days are subject to a 25%
restocking charge. Products
are subject to inspection,
if returned damaged or not
with original box and
accessories, no credit
applies. Unreturned
pieces or missing components
are deducted from credits.
All units are otherwise
considered "final sale" and
may not be returned for
credit. All credits are
considered store credits
only unless otherwise
arranged for in advance.
You must CALL US to obtain a
Return Number, or you may
not receive a credit.
Please note that the
DigiMemo is rated as a
personal computer and
writing device and as such
is only returnable within
the limits spelled out
above.
KEYBOARD LIMITED WARRANTY
POLICY (does not apply
to merchandise return for
credit, which involves a 25%
restocking fee and is solely
between you and the
manufacturer). This
LIMITED Warranty is solely
between you and the original
manufacturer and not
CompAmerica.: You must,
however, CALL US
FIRST to obtain a
Manufacturer's Return
Authorization, prior to
shipment. All freight
shipping costs are the
customer's sole
responsibility.. Keyboards
are covered by a limited
warranty BY THE ORIGINAL
MANUFACTURER for up to 1 year
from date of purchase
covering DEFECTS IN DESIGN
OR MANUFACTURE. Example of
non-covered items: broken
key caps, broken data
connectors, damage due to
improper use, spills,
shipping damage, or
dropping/excess wear and
tear, debris gaining entry
to the keyboard housing, and
so forth.
Replacement for exchange
requires returning it with
its original box, manual,
drivers (if any),
accessories (if any),
batteries (if any), Manual,
CD, the retail box and the
clear plastic or cardboard
suspension pieces, which are
all considered part of the
warranty. Excess wear and
tear, spills, shocks, and
abuse are not covered by
this warranty. The Keyboard(s) returned under
warranty must be shipped at
customer expense in
an OUTER BOX with 1" minimum
of foam or foam pellets
surrounding it, in an outer
box capable of surviving the
journey, in its original
Retail Box with the plastic
surround suspenders intact.
All freight costs are the
responsibility of the
customer in both directions.
Please Do Not return
keyboard in only its retail
box, that will void its
warranty and you will have
to pay for its replacement
box and any components
damaged in transit.
Batteries, decals and
manuals are not covered by
warranty. Note: if you
live outside of the
continental USA, all sales
are final.
All orders are contingent
upon available inventory.
All deliveries are subject
to potential Carrier delays
and are not guaranteed as to
delivery cycle. NOTE: all
orders may require Signature
at your door, as all orders
are shipped by USPS unless
you call and make other
arrangements.
