TECH NOTE #1: To remove the ink cartridge, simply press the point end into the teardrop shaped remover in the ink cartridge storage compartment on the left side of the DigiMemo. Push down until it locks. Pull back on the pen, and the cartridge slides right out of the unit. Reinsertion only requires putting a new cartridge in the pen, and placing the the ball point tip into remover and pressing until it clicks into place.

TECH NOTE #2: If at first your DP6920/L2 Pen appears not to work with the DigiMemo, please check to be certain the internal battery is properly inserted and seated in its holder!
